Zack "Uncle Larry" Martin trying out LIMSTWR with Accommodating Resistance on the Front Squat

Zack Martin trying out the use of accommodating resistance applied to the tempo method.   Due to the use of the resistance bands he is able to reduce the role of momentum and 'think' acceleration to a greater degree than would be expected during normal LIMSTWR training.  He was cued for a 3" eccentric and a faster concentric, but the goal for the LIMSTWR method should be a 2" concentric, achieved through the appropriate amount of accommodating resistance (bands or chains).  He completes 4 repetitions in this 21 second clip, which is an appropriate pace (about 8 reps in a single 40 second set) but there is too much of a pause between the first and second reps due to the performance of a full ROM. The 3rd rep is probably the best in terms of cutting the ROM short to ensure no relaxation of the muscles and thus the mimicking of true occlusion training.
